It's Electric

Hello everyone! 

This passed Sunday, my high school hosted its first annual Electric Run! For those of you who are unfamiliar with “electric runs,” they’re basically neon-themed runs (similar to a Color Run, but about 1/100 of the mess.) Because I attend a private school and we do not have guaranteed feeder schools, my school has to market for enrollment. I am fairly involved with my school’s marketing department, so I helped out with planning, setting up for, and executing the event! It was an absolute blast and everyone had SO much fun. I love how everything turned out. We had slushy machines, a DJ, a silly string fight, and everything neon you could possibly imagine. The run would not have even been thought of, let alone happened without our AMAZING Director of Communications. She is absolutely divine and is one of the most dedicated people I know. Without further ado, here are the pictures from the Electric Run!

I apologize for the graininess of some of the pictures- I used my phone (first mistake,) and there was condensation on the lens (mistake numero dos.) Have any of you ever participated in an electric run? I hope you all had a great Monday! (Is that an oxymoronic phrase? Probably.)
