Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes! As I mentioned here, I try to be fairly healthy and even take that a step further to be organic. One of my favorite treats is ice cream, though it’s not typically organic and even if it is, it’s still not healthy. So, what I do is cut up a banana, freeze it for a few days, and put it in my food processor. It tastes exactly like and has the texture of banana ice cream!
