Happy Wednesday, Bows and Blitzes!

It's no secret J.Crew has phenomenal statement jewelry. I own the pearl cluster and twisted pearl hammock necklaces from there, and it's safe to say I've gotten my money's worth. I came across these two necklaces the other day and think they are so bright, beautiful, and fun for summer! The pink one is called the Mardi Gras necklace and comes in a peach color as well, and the blue one is called the Wild crystal necklace. Blue is the only color option for the latter, but it has matching earrings, so, consolation! Have any of you bought any of J. Crew's new statement pieces? Where do you go for your statement jewelry?

New Car!!!

Happy Tuesday, B&B!

As I mentioned previously on B&B, I was in the market for a new car. I test drove several cars and it has been a very long, very tiring process. I ended up going with a Jeep Compass High Altitude! The original thought was to buy a Chrysler 200, but I really was just extremely overwhelmed when I test drove it. Call me crazy, but it had too many features for me that I honestly would never use! The Compass High Altitude is absolutely perfect for me in every way. It has all the features I want (heated seats, touch screen controls, etc.) without being "too much." Do any of you drive Jeeps? Do any of you know where I can get cute car accessories?! Let me know!

Teetering on Tod's

Happy Monday, B&B!

Today, I'm asking for your advice! Tod's are a classic leather driving shoe that are extremely high quality. The above pair is from Nordstrom. I'm thinking about buying a pair of black ones for the fall (the website only showed the actual shoe in pink and swatches of the other color options,) but they don't come cheap. As a college student who does not yet need to dress well every day for a professional environment, I'm trying to find a way to justify the price tag of these cute little shoes! Do any of you have a pair of Tod's that you're in love with? Would you recommend otherwise? Let me know!

Friday afternoon, I checked out a brand new local coffee shop! It is the CUTEST little place. The coffee was delicious (I would even argue better than Starbucks) and the atmosphere was even better! Yesterday, my friend eGm and I went back to the park I love after swinging by Starbucks for some coffee! It was national seersucker day, so I wore a blue seersucker dress with an eyelet overlay. How cute are these shorts from Krass & Co.?! They have the preppiest sportswear, including sorority and collegiate. Their shorts are either embroidered or printed, and are cheaper than Nike or Under Armour! I wholeheartedly recommend you run, not walk to their website and purchase a pair in every color.
