Finally Free

Happy Thursday, B&B!

Today, I’m reviewing my Nike Free 5.0s. I use them for their intended use, running, and I can honestly say I could not be more in love. They provide enough support, while still allowing my feet to move. I run about 10 miles a week, so my shoes don’t exactly get heavy use, but I still replace them every 5 months. It’s so important to have the proper shoes for your feet! Anyone looking for a stylish, supportive shoe- check out the new free’s. I promise you’ll fall in love very shortly. Do any of you run?!

Happy Wednesday, B&B!

Sunday was my 18th birthday! Friday, at school, my friends had a monogrammed cake made and we celebrated at lunch. Saturday I spent time with family, and Sunday I hung out with friends and had a dinner/cake sesh at my house (I haven't "gone out" yet since my bday was on a Sunday night.) Valentine's Day Gift Guide 2015

There’s less than 10 days until Valentine’s day (yikes!) so time is running out to find the perfect gift, but have no fear, Bows and Blitzes is here. For the girls…

First thing on the list: Pink Ray-Ban aviators from J.Crew. Giiiiiive them to me now. Super fun and a year-round staple!

Next is the Island Tote Bag from Lilly Pulitzer. So cute, so bright, and so practical! 

Of course, you can never go wrong with pink roses! Usually you can find roses semi-cheap at a local market.

One of my favorite gifts I’ve ever gotten was my Kate Spade Monogram Mug. It’s so cute and I use it every day!

Lululemon Headbands make a great addition to any gift! They pump it up a little bit, and they’re super great. I’m a huge fan of the Bang Buster and Flyaway tamer. 

Now for the boys…

There’s nothing I love more than a guy in Lulu…I love this half zip. It’s neutral but still fun with the blue zipper!

A Daniel Wellington watch is a classic staple. You can’t go wrong!

Ralph Lauren is one of those things that you just can’t go wrong with. This hat is so versatile and I love this aqua blue color!

When in doubt, Nike it out. Boys love sneakers, so a custom pair of Nikes is an excellent call!

Shop 'Till You Drop

Happy Monday, Bows and Blitzes!

This passed weekend, I went about an hour away for a little shopping day trip! It’s always fun to get away and just focus on nothing for a little while. I got some pretty amazing things so follow along with me! 

First, I hit up Nordstrom. I got a few clothing items, but what I really want to showcase is my new pair of Hunter Original Tall Gloss Rain Boots in black. Originally, I ordered in red and received one size 8 and one size 9…(pull yourselves together, Hunter.) So after that was straightened out, I decided to go for black also. I can wear them with almost any outfit, which is always a great aspect. We also have 15 inches of snow on the ground where I live, so a pair of boots that’ll keep my feet dry is always a plus. I highly recommend Hunter boots, although I wish I would’ve gotten the adjustable ones. Mine fit, but sometimes it’s good to have a little wiggle room!

Next, I visited the love of my life, Lululemon. I. stocked. up. I have a Lululemon in my town, but it’s a showroom, not a full store, so it’s always nice to be in a full sized store and see all of the merchandise instead of just select items. A lot of what I got was just basic stuff (extra black pairs of Wunder Unders, etc.) but one thing I wanted to show y’all are my new Wunder Under Crop II’s. The reason I love these pants is because they are reversible! They’re dark green on one side and black on the other. Two pairs of great pants for the price of one? Yes please.

I also visited my BFF, Lilly Pulitzer. I just bought a bunch of Lilly stuff online, so this stop was completely unnecessary, but nevertheless I stopped. I restricted myself and only bought one pair of shorts! I got the Callahan shorts in the print “In The Vias.” I have a few pairs of Callahans and they are absolutely my favorite pairs of shorts, ever. I may love them more than my J.Crew chinos! They’re so cute, so comfy, and so worth it.
